With Chef Christophe, Josephine takes you to the birthplace of her grandparents and parents in beautiful Calabria, a land of ancient history and with generous culinary heritage just waiting to be discovered.
Chef Christophe and Josephine have been conducting small group gourmet food and wine tours since 2007. They both organise and accompany each tour, ensuring their guests’ peace of mind, comfort and enjoyment.
